Analog film, underwater series

MOTHER is an analogue underwater photography series made with a reclaimed Nikonos II camera, natural light, seawater, and film.

Working with my daughter underwater, the series explores motherhood, care, transformation, and uncertainty. The ocean becomes both setting and collaborator, shaping the images through movement, distortion, light leaks, and material damage.
