Mother

Mother is an ongoing photographic series that explores the act of mothering, not as a fixed identity, but as a verb. As a movement. A practice.

Mother traces the emotional terrain of mothering in all its complexity: the heartbreak, the surrender, the joy, the clarity that arrives without warning. It is not about idealised motherhood, but about the messy, intimate, and transformative process of becoming, and unbecoming, through care.

At its core, Mother looks at the inward journey. A very introspective journey to self-discovery.
The landscapes in these images reflect this inner world: strange, disorienting, haunting. But they are also sacred and enchanted, places of memory, instinct, and myth.

These underwater images hold the feeling of a dream. Not a documentation of daily rituals, but a symbolic encounter: fleeting, submerged, and powerful, like a memory surfacing from the depths.
